We obtain concentrates from fresh fruit and vegetables in the process of pressing raw juice, which then goes through the next stages of the production process. The obtained product contains all nutritional values and is of high quality, which allows it to be used in the food industry as a base ingredient in many products, such as, among others, drinks, juices and nectars.
